What is a Success Team?

A Success Team at TransformationWorks ® is a group of three to seven people who work togetherto clarify their vision and achieve their goals and dreams. Success Team members help each other by providing mutual support and sharing ideas and resources. Success Teams are coached using tried and tested success tools and strategies.

Success Teams at TransformationWorks ® are facilitated by Joyce and include:

• Women in Career Transition
• Practice Development Success Teams for Psychotherapists
• Women’s Business Focus Group

Each Success Team meets with Joyce for one or two 90-minute sessions per month.

Success Teams typically meet for 3-6 months, sometimes longer.
